What is Alert Magazine?
Alert – The Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Magazine is committed to reducing the abuse of drugs and alcohol through education efforts in our high schools. Alert is distributed to high schools throughout the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming.
With each edition of the magazine we publish, we are proud to award our $500 Alert Scholarship. The scholarship is open to current high school seniors, and is awarded to the writer of the best drug and/or alcohol abuse-related essay in each region.
